Urgent Tuition Notice!

As we navigate through the academic year, I am writing to address a matter of significant importance regarding the tuition payments for your child.


We value the commitment of our students' families to their education and understand the
responsibilities that come with ensuring timely payments. It has come to our attention that there
have been consistent delays in the payment of tuition fees for your child's education. We
understand that various circumstances may affect financial obligations, and we are committed to
providing assistance and support wherever possible.


However, it is crucial to emphasize the necessity of maintaining up-to-date accounts to ensure
the seamless continuation of your child's education. As we strive to maintain the quality of
education and support services for all students, including your child, it is imperative to address
outstanding payments promptly.


To facilitate this process and avoid any further disruptions, we strongly encourage you to
consider setting up automatic payments for tuition fees. This will ensure timely and hassle-free
transactions, allowing you to focus on your child's educational journey without the burden of
payment deadlines.
Failure to rectify the overdue payments and establish a reliable payment method may result in
the termination of your child's enrollment at Jubilee Christian Academy. We genuinely hope to
avoid any such consequences and remain committed to working together to find a mutually
beneficial solution.


Here is a reminder of our current payment policy:

Tuition Payments:
The payment obligation is based on the hours agreed for childcare (6am through 6pm - Monday
thru Friday, not on actual attendance.) It is a slot holder. Each school year tuition will increase by
3.5%.


The following payment Schedule also pertains to Before and after School:


1. Payment is due on Friday for the upcoming week (Example: Tuition for Monday thru
Friday, 02/04 thru 02/08 is due on Friday, 02/01).

2. Weekly (Friday before the upcoming week),
3. Bi-weekly (Friday before the upcoming two weeks),
4. Monthly (The Friday of the previous month before the first day of the upcoming month).
5. Sometimes the last days of a month and the first few days of the next month are in one
payment. (Example: Monday 07/26 through 08/02) If choosing monthly payments,
Friday 08/02 becomes the payment date for 08/05 thru 08/30.
6. At 6:00 P.M. on Monday evening, a weekly $15.00 late payment fee will apply.
7. Payment may be made through Bright Wheel APP, Cashier Check (NO CASH).
8. All cashier checks
9. are paid to G.O.H Jubilee Christian Academy.
10. Regular payment rates apply for vacations, teacher workdays, weeks of holidays, sickness,
inclement weather closing (to name a few).
11. There is no change in fees or tuition due to a child’s absence/illness.
12. All unpaid financial obligations are subject to collections, lawsuits or garnishment of
wages.
13. All unpaid financial obligations will impact the receipt of student’s transcripts, report
cards, and progress reports.
14. If termination notification is given: All late fees and tuition are due before the student is
permitted to re-attend. This will also hinder the sharing of educational reports and
assessments with other institutions if tuition is in a delinquent status.

To reiterate: No discounts will be given for your child’s absences due to illnesses or vacations.

If your child will not be attending the academy, for whatever reason, you are still required to pay
the contracted tuition agreement. (See ‘JCA Enrollment Contract’ for tuition information.)
